Delete your Gremlin Hunter account
You can delete your Gremlin Hunter account (by DruOps Garage Consulting Ltd) yourself, at any time, in the app or on this website.
How to delete it
- Sign in with your email and password (or invite code), then go to Account → Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Can't sign in? Email gremlin@druops.net from the email address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password and sign-in details.
- All your jobs: vehicle details, descriptions, Gremlin's suggestions, test results, questions and notes.
- The fixes you logged, including any shown to other users as "Seen before" matches.
- Any subscription is stopped straight away, and your saved card is removed from Stripe.
What we keep
- Payment records (invoices and amounts) held by Stripe, which we must keep for 6 years for tax.
- Anonymous usage totals (AI cost per call) with no link to you.
Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. Photos are never stored, so there are none to delete.
